OK, the last assignment was a pretty meaty one. How about we take something a little simpler this time around and just have some fun.

Many writers (like me!) have more than one story in the works at once. Maybe you're in the middle of a novel, but have notes for something else (or a few something else's) in the pile of notebooks you keep next to yur bed. Your assignment this time around? Take two characters from different projects and have them switch places. Then write a short story that tells how your characters react to the sudden change. How does your barbarian swordsman like being in your fanfic? Does the protagonist in your romance novel like being part of a young adult sci fi story?
